12. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted in these cases:

  1. Item didn’t fit;

  2. Item was damaged;

  3. You received the wrong item;

  4. You no longer want the product.

Note: You must notify us via official communication channels within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Discounted orders cannot be partially returned.

After notifying us, you have 30 calendar days to return the product:

  • Clean;

  • Unused;

  • With all original tags/stickers;

  • In original packaging;

  • No signs of wear.

Refund Terms:

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • If purchased by boleto

, the refund will be available in the same payment intermediary account.

  • If other refund methods are unavailable, we’ll request a PIX key via your contact email. If no response, the refund will be sent to the CPF used at purchase.

Return Process:

  4. We’ll generate a return shipping code — shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll proceed as requested

  6. For exchanges, you’ll receive a voucher

  7. For refunds, processing may take up to 20 business days after financial confirmation. Shipping and packaging costs will be deducted unless due to a defect.

  8. If the product cannot be delivered due to customer error (e.g., wrong address), re-shipping or refund minus shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

13.5. Incorrect/incomplete shipping info is the customer’s responsibility.
13.6. We cannot change the address once the order is placed.
13.7. Production time: 8–10 business days, plus carrier delivery time.


14. HIGH DEMAND PERIODS

14.1. During high-demand seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), delivery times may be extended by up to 15%, and tracking updates may be delayed by up to 50%.
We still guarantee all customer support and policies during these periods.
